Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how WOW NOW Cleaning (operated by ASTR Holdings, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in the WOW NOW Cleaning client app, the WOW Staff app, and related websites including app.wownowcleaning.com.

1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, and a hashed password.
- Property and booking data: addresses, housing details, photos, entry instructions, preferred dates and times, special requests.
- Service data: orders, assignments, chat messages, customer support requests, and cleaning history.
- Payments: we do not store full card numbers. Cards are saved and charged by Stripe. We keep brand, last4, expiry, and payment status.
- Staff location: if a lead cleaner is on the way to a job and has granted permission, the client app can show a live location until cleaning starts.
- Device data: app version, language, and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
- Create and manage client and staff accounts.
- Schedule, dispatch, and complete cleaning visits.
- Process payments and send operational messages.
- Communicate about bookings, disputes, and support.
- Improve safety, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Bitrix24 — CRM / source of truth for clients, personnel, and deals.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Mapping / routing providers — to show a cleaner’s route to a job when location sharing is active.
- Service providers who host this application, and authorities when required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
We keep account and job records for as long as needed to provide the service, complete payments, handle disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data (see below). Some records (for example paid invoices) may be retained where the law requires it.
5. Your rights / data deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Because the apps create accounts, you can request account and data deletion from the WOW NOW Cleaning app: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account (two confirmations; no call or email to support is required).

We review requests sent to info@astrholdings.com and typically complete them within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Children
The apps are intended for adults arranging or performing cleaning services, not for children under 13.
7. Security
We use access controls, hashed passwords, encrypted storage for some secrets, and Stripe for card data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
